The Artsy Squirrel is not your typical art class! Our after-school enrichment program is designed to encourage creativity, imagination, and confidence while giving kids the freedom to explore art in their own unique way.
Each class introduces students to a variety of art materials, techniques, and projects, including painting, drawing, watercolor, pastels, mixed media, sculpture, jewelry making, and more. Students can follow along with the featured project, ask for one-on-one guidance, or use the materials provided to take their creation in an entirely different direction. We believe there is no single “right way” to make art!
Our goal is to create a fun, welcoming environment where children can experiment, problem-solve, express themselves, and discover what kind of artist they want to be. We focus on creativity and the experience of making art rather than creating identical finished projects.
Perfect for both kids who already LOVE art and those who are just beginning to discover their creative side. Come create, explore, and get a little squirrely with us!
